Placement opportunities
I’m looking for an industry placement as part of my final year of BA Production Technology and Management at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
What I’m looking for
I’m particularly interested in stage technology, theatrical flying and automation, alongside opportunities to develop my wider technical production experience.
I’d like to work within a production team, contribute to practical work and learn from people with different skills and approaches. I’m also open to discussing technical and creative production opportunities in other areas of entertainment and the arts.
What I can bring
My experience includes theatrical flying, stage and backstage technical work, assistant stage management, lighting and sound operation, props and practical production support. I’ve also worked in busy festival venues and a community makerspace.
I bring practical problem-solving, an interest in how things work and a willingness to keep learning. My community and disability-advocacy background also informs how I communicate and share information.
Dates and arrangements
I’m looking for a placement during the December 2026 to April 2027 period. My current work availability is shown below; please get in touch to discuss placement dates, duration, location and the working arrangements.
